Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products, provided they are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. As specialists serving professional club builders and serious DIY enthusiasts, we maintain strict quality standards for returned components.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Epoxies and adhesives (for safety and hygiene reasons)
  • Opened gripping supplies (tapes, solvents)
  • Custom-specified components (special order shafts or heads)
  • Products showing signs of installation attempts (marked ferrules, trimmed shafts)

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our technical team will review your request within 48 business hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all protective materials. Include all original documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our facility at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  5. Inspection & Processing: Our quality control team will inspect returned components within 3 business days of receipt.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of driver heads, wood heads, or other components where specifications need adjustment:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly state the replacement product(s) desired in your initial email
  3. We’ll process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected
  4. Standard shipping charges apply for the replacement shipment

Note: Exchanges for grip sizes (standard/midsize/oversize) are encouraged when the original packaging remains sealed.

Refund Information

Upon approval of your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error

For international returns, please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged components or incorrect items (wrong shaft flex, head loft, etc.):

  • We’ll arrange for replacement parts to be shipped promptly at no additional cost
  • In some cases, we may request return of the incorrect/damaged items for quality control purposes
