Acer XV Hybrid Heads

The Acer XV hybrid heads feature cup-face construction, which means part of the faceplate wraps around and becomes incorporated into the head. Even on mishits, the XV Hybrid Head with cup-face technology provides the player that extra spring-like effect for longer shots. These heads also feature the same “Power Slot” (speed pocket) as the matching driver and fairwaywood heads.

In addition, these heads also have a gravity port to tweak the head weight if desired. The stock screw in the hybrid head is 7 grams and can be changed with a common 4mm Allen wrench. If you want to experiment, separate weight screws are sold separately here.
